The hair is extremely soft I have fallen asleep plenty of times no bonnet and I have yet to feel one tangle. NO EXAGGERATION not one tangle. Barely sheds and was giving scalppp. If I had to change one thing I would've requested at least 180% or 200% density it's a little thin if you like the slick wet look. Merula is definitely my new go to
